Guiding Smoother Back to Work Transitions

The New Parent Retention Program is specially designed to address the emotional and practical issues of making the transition to becoming a new working mother. It has been uniquely designed to reach out to employees at critical touch points in the new parent process, and to specifically validate women's emotions and fears around balancing work and family.

Through the program, participants learn and apply important work-life skills that result in sustainable work-family balance, along with increased productivity and retention for the organizations that employ them.

Key components of the New Parent Retention Program include:

  • coaching-based “Back to Work Cafe” sessions where women can share their thoughts and fears with other new moms, while developing some practical solutions that will make their transition back to work a whole lot smoother
  • a professionally-written guide aimed at helping working mothers through the emotional process of becoming a new parent
  • an education and training program that will help key managers and leaders in the company understand how to best support new parent employees
